We invite you to participate in a research study being conducted by investigators from The University of Iowa.  The purpose of the study is to investigate whether there is a gender difference in sports medicine physicians' decisions to remain in academic medicine and to identify the key factors that influence sports medicine physicians' decisions to stay in academic medicine.

If you agree to participate, we would like you to answer this survey. You are free to skip any questions that you prefer not to answer. It will take approximately 5 minutes to answer the survey.

You will not receive any kind of course credit or payment for participating the study. We will not collect your name or any identifying information about you.

Taking part in this research study is completely voluntary.  If you do not wish to participate in this study, return the survey without answering any of the questions.
